About Myself
I've been telling stories for as long as I can remember. As a child I would play pretend with my friends, creating complex albeit ridiculous stories for the characters we constructed. Growing up I had a deep passion for reading which eventually got replaced by video games when I received my first computer. I quickly became obsessed with roleplaying games and soon that obsession discovered tabletop RPGs. When I discovered a medium of storytelling that expanded the RPGs I played from the developer's capabilities to my imagination I was in heaven!
Already a fan of writing, I began to create worlds and stories for my friends to explore. The feeling it gave me seeing people interact with characters and settings that I had made brought me so much joy. Since then I've continued to run tabletop RPGs as well as attempted to write a handful of novels and short stories. I am currently a Creative Writing Major at Lakeland University. My goal is to enter the gaming industry as a writer. I want to make a world where people can get lost in it. I want to make characters that feel both real and yet larger than life. RPGs and stories gave me a form of escapism growing up. It allowed me to experience the impossible, I hope that I'm able to share that experience with future generations, in the same way, that previous ones did for me.
